The Nursing Department of University of Phayao Hospital organized the 2026 Ethics Day event to foster an organizational culture of virtue and nursing ethics.

The Nursing Division of the University of Phayao Hospital hosted a knowledge-sharing forum on ethical nursing, showcasing innovative initiatives, honoring exemplary healthcare professionals, and promoting best practices to advance an ethical organizational culture, enhance service quality, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.**

**Nursing Division Advances Ethical Nursing System Through Knowledge Exchange and Innovation Showcase** The Nursing Division of the University of Phayao Hospital organized a knowledge-sharing forum titled **"Driving the Ethical Nursing System"**, bringing together nursing leaders and ethics experts to exchange experiences and best practices in promoting ethical nursing practice. The forum featured distinguished speakers, including **Ms. Jamjai Tengsiriwatthananon**, Senior Professional Nurse and Chair of the Nursing Ethics Committee, Lampang Hospital; **Ms. Amporn Jankla** and **Ms. Apassara Homban**, Chair and Secretary of the Nursing Ethics Committee, Chiang Kham Hospital; and **Ms. Warinnapha Yarungsri**, Chair of the Nursing Ethics Committee, University of Phayao Hospital. The event also showcased innovative projects and ethical practice initiatives developed by various departments, highlighting their commitment to integrating ethics into quality nursing care. A special highlight of the program was the presentation of the **Ethics Storytelling Awards** and departmental creative storytelling awards, recognizing healthcare professionals who exemplify outstanding ethical values and serve as role models within the organization. In addition, participants joined the **Ethics Walk Round / Ethics Visit**, which provided opportunities to visit exemplary units, observe ethical practices in action, and exchange valuable experiences and best practices. This event reflected the Nursing Division's strong commitment to advancing the University of Phayao Hospital as an organization of integrity and ethical excellence.
